The orphanage caters to over 180 children aged between 3 and 18 years. Orphans, a number of whom possess AIDS, are provided with food, clothing, shelter, and counseling. Due to the large number of orphans in Mat hare, Mogra Star has over the years, been overwhelmed with children seeking support. Despite a lack of funds, due to worsening conditions in the slum, Hannah and her team have voluntarily rescued numerous orphans from the streets and provided them with shelter. It is hoped that with the building of new facilities, the orphanage will be able to provide shelter to over 400 children. However, the organization is in desperate need of sponsors to assist these children with basic necessities and an education.
